Who we are

The owner, Franco and the staff of the magnificent structure NapoliViva, located in the heart of the historic centre of Naples, offer a special welcome to everyone.

Together, they manage to provide their guests with precise knowledge of the wonderful places where they have lived since birth, with kindness and professionalism.

In particular the receptionist Salvatore, a pleasant, lively and cheerful boy, just like his city that he deeply loves, knows how to be amiable and friendly, devoting all his time to each guest, personally. This activity is for him his only work. which he does with much professionalism and courtesy. Travellers will therefore feel at home, surrounded by a familiar but never intrusive atmosphere. Moreover, with his daily presence he is always ready to guarantee the satisfaction and wellbeing of his guests from the very first meeting, making himself available 24 hours a day to solve any problem that may arise or give advice or information on the itineraries to follow, on the best restaurants or pizzerias and also on the habits and customs of the Neapolitans.

Great room / location, great host

We were greeted by Dario (the host) upon arrival, who made us feel very welcome during our stay. Our room was spotless and the shower was incredible. The apartment is located in the middle of Napels’ authentic city centre; the best pizzerias are all within a 5-10 minute walking distance; this is no exaggeration.
